I love letterpress.
A friend of mine actually has a really old letterpress machine.
I've never tried using one myself.
But I've always wanted to experiment with letterpress.
...and now I can!
There's a very cool app called LetterMPress.
I fiddled around with it last night.
I haven't made a print yet.
For one thing, I can't figure out how to delete the letters I don't want when I accidentally drag them on to my tray.
And sometimes I accidentally delete a letter that I want to keep.
(Like the R in Letterpress)
Okay, so based on my work so far, Hatch Show Print is not going to be banging my door down begging me to work for them.
I've got some practicing to do.
But once I figure it out--how cool will this be?
You can export your finished print as a jpeg image. Then you can get it printed. I could really design and print my own letterpress posters, cards, or whatever.
Can't wait!

In other news, Hunter's parents are coming for a visit today. They'll be here about a week. We're all so excited to see them soon!
